Element LA AgentValerie Matron is all about personalization and uncovering her clients' needs and goals. Every service and application we use today from banking to retail to media understands that we all have unique needs, different backgrounds, and individual journeys. Valerie thinks there is nothing more personal than choosing where to call home.
Valerie founded Take Up Space LA to guide empowered women in finding their homes. Valerie's journey into real estate began with her passion and interest in community and urban planning. An expert in market research, prior to working in real estate, Valerie worked as a product manager in the digital health space, as an advisor on international affairs, and as a service designer and strategist.
Valerie is passionate about supporting women in their path toward home ownership in Los Angeles and beyond. With this goal in mind, she founded a nationwide agent referral network for women in the real estate business. This curated network allows women anywhere to connect with real estate professionals to learn about investment opportunities outside of where they live.
In addition to her real estate business, Valerie is in the process of becoming a certified Feng Shui specialist, bringing the elements of harmony into your home. Valerie could not be more excited to be joining Human Element and bringing its values of selflessness, compassion, integrity, and luxe service to her clients.
Valerie is bilingual in Spanish and English and proficient in French. She holds a B.A. from Tulane University in Political Science and International Development. She loves live music, teaching improv, adventurous traveling, street photography, a good swim, and writing children’s stories.
