Ro Pena is the Director of Operations at Human Element Real Estate, with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Since starting her career in 2015, she has developed a well-rounded background spanning brokerage operations, transaction coordination, loan processing, document signing, and buyer representation. With a degree in Business Management from Cal State Los Angeles, she brings a strategic, polished, and detail-driven approach to leadership.

Known for elevating systems and creating operational excellence, Ro plays a key role in supporting the brokerage’s growth while fostering a strong and supportive culture for agents and staff alike. She is passionate about building structure behind the scenes so others can perform at their highest level.

Real estate is also deeply woven into her personal life. Her fiancé, Eddie, works in the mortgage industry, and together they are raising two active children, Auron and Vida, who have grown up around real estate and the entrepreneurial spirit that comes with it. Outside of work, she values family, wellness, and creating a life grounded in purpose and connection.
